Kinesiology Centre Natal

Natal

Compiled and written by Gudrun Lauterbach, these workshops address the emotional causes and connections to dis-ease.  It is a known fact that 80% of all dis-ease is emotional in origin.  Humanity however tends to have been trained into the philosophy of “a pill for every ill”.  Emotions are “energy in motion”, or “e-motion”.  The brain works in two ways, namely by comparison or by association.  The focus of the workshops written by Gudrun Lauterbach is to identify associations made within our experiences that do not serve our purpose and are no longer profitable in the way we conduct our lives.  In all the workshops you will not only learn tools to assist in your work with clients, but will be afforded the opportunity to look at some of your own issues and stressors and be given the opportunity to clear these during the course of the workshops.  Gudrun brings to the workshops she has written previous training in psychology plus 24 years of working and training in the field of Specialised Kinesiology.

Learn to Learn

learn-to-learnLearning involves sight, sound, processing bits and ‘getting’ the whole picture. We are all wired uniquely to achieve this, and based on individual stressors associated with the process of learning, we find ways to compensate and cope. These compensations then become habitual patterns. This workshop deals with overcoming these difficulties by addressing:
  • Dyslexia
  • Brain quadrant preferences
  • Individual neurological preferences
  • Information processing styles
  • The 7 learning styles
  • 4 Different approaches for balancing learning issues
  • Symbols, relationship essences, and more.
