Monica Costa
Let me start off by sharing my mission statement: “To inspire others by encouraging and guiding them to pursue and achieve what they truly love and to be who they truly want to be”
I have always had a passion for inspiring, guiding and empowering others to help them feel, be and do better. To assist others in living a better quality life. I had initially studied beauty therapy, somatology and various types of massage and holistic therapies but I felt like there was still something missing. These therapies were all great for making a person feel better temporarily but I felt they weren’t permanent solutions.
I went for my first Kinesiology session in 2006 and was so intrigued and fascinated by the process and the life changing results, that I decided I wanted to study Kinesiology and pursue it further as a career. My aim was (and still is) to be able to help others improve their health, live more in a state of well-being, and help them have a better quality of life.
I started studying kinesiology in 2007, beginning with the TFH workshops. I was so amazed with the process and changes it had in my life that I knew I needed to take it further. I continued to study every module that was available to me and taking in as much knowledge as I could get my hands on. After seeing the change that kinesiology made in my life and in my client’s lives over the past years I decided I wanted to “spread the word” and teach others how to become Kinesiologists.
I am a Professional Specialised Kinesiologist, Neuro-Trainer, Neural Organisation Technique practitioner and Kinesiology Instructor (registered with the Association of Specialised Kinesiologists South Africa). I teach Touch For Health, Emotional Kinesiology and Neuro-training. I have astrong passion for learning and continually attend new updates and advanced workshops to keep up with new knowledge and the changing times. I am part of the Standards generating Body for ASKSA and also the chairperson for the Gauteng region of ASKSA.

Louise Geldenhuys
Louise has been practising kinesiology since 2001. She went for a kinesiology session in 2000, was fascinated and intrigued by the process and the results, and decided to do the TFH workshops “just for interest sake”. Well, one thing led to another, her whole life changed and she is now a full time professional specialised kinesiologist and instructor. She also teaches workshops under the Neuro-Training banner and from the Natal Kinesiology Centre. Louise has well over 1000 workshop hours under her belt, and has studied the following schools of kinesiology: Neuro-Training, Touch for Health, Three-in-One Concepts, Neural Organisation Techniques, Professional Kinesiology Practice, Kinesiology Centre Natal, Integrated Healing and is continually updating her knowledge by attending new workshops, both locally and internationally. Louise is part of the Standards Generating Body for ASKSA. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
